If you're considering personal training, please feel free to contact me to schedule a complimentary consultation. We'll meet in person to discuss your fitness goals and training objectives, review my gym and its equipment, and discuss my training style along with any questions you might have. A brief movement assessment will follow. Should you decide to proceed with training, I will use the consultation and assessment information as a baseline when I design your individual program and training sessions.
There is no cost or obligation associated with a consultation, and you can decide afterwards whether you’d like to proceed with training.
Call or e-mail me to schedule a consultation, and plan on spending about an hour. Consultations can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
I'm able to keep my rates low because there is no middleman. Sessions are one hour in length and are $70 each, discounted to $65 each for a package of ten.
I’ve worked with clients from 18 to 80 years old, and at all levels of fitness. Some have been active athletes and others have never exercised at all. It’s never too late to start an exercise program, regardless of your age or fitness level!
Even if you decide not to pursue training with me, I encourage you to add exercise into your daily routine!
