Balanced Fitness is a small, independently-owned and operated Personal Training business. The owner and trainer is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and provides program design and one-to-one personal training for clients of all ages and fitness levels. A consultation with the trainer is offered at no cost and with no obligation.

My training certification is through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and my focus is to help you reach your fitness goals through safe, effective training sessions that I will design specifically for your individual needs. I am also trained as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

My training style uses an integrated approach to fitness, so virtually all training sessions include some aspect of flexibility, core, resistance, cardio, and balance training. Speed, agility, and quickness training may also be included in program design, depending upon your specific objectives.

I provide one-to-one private training sessions, so you'll never feel intimidated by the thought of being watched or judged by anyone else.
